Precision Vehicle Inspections – Inspection Service Terms
Version 1.0 – February 2026
By booking, paying for, or attending an inspection with Precision Vehicle Inspections (trading as HH Precision Vehicle Inspections) ABN: 58314019297, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Inspection
All inspections are visual and non-invasive only. No parts, components or panels are removed or dismantled.
Road tests (if offered) are short, conducted at safe speeds within local limits, and only if the vehicle appears roadworthy in our reasonable opinion. We may refuse a road test if it is unsafe or if conditions (e.g., fuel level, road access) do not permit it.
No guarantees are provided against hidden, latent or developing defects that are not visible or detectable during a visual inspection.
The inspection report is a snapshot of the vehicle’s visible condition at the time of inspection and is not a roadworthy certificate, safety certificate, registration certificate or guarantee of future performance or reliability.
